The Floating Field Station is a vision of the future with thriving aquatic ecosystems. In its working capacity it is a teaching and training site that is being built by the community with salvaged materials as a carbon-free teaching and training site, powered by renewable energy systems. Looking to incorporate a service project into your event? Workshops are available on sustainable construction, water science, renewable energy systems, and other environmental themes.
All proceeds from your event rental fee would go to support our educational programs for low-income, historically marginalized communities.
